Neil is the best! My site crashed again because I couldn’t resist the urge to “click” update!! Bad move on my part but Neil quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and I’m incredibly grateful. Being here in the States with the time difference I wasn’t sure how all this would go but it was seamless, cost effective, and a very pleasant experience.
