Neil was an amazing find – stumbled across his site whilst desperately trying to find solutions to my site downtime. It is a big risk and something I have not done before to hand over ALL my passwords and hosting account info to a complete stranger at the end of a chatline. To keep the story short he did an amazing amount of work including rebuilding my site and all emails onto another server after spending literally hours trying to get my previous host to investigate what appeared to be a server problem as I had suspected. He really went the extra mile and was patient answering all my queries. I had to twist his arm to pay more than $99 as I was uncomfortable at what he had got into without any complain or attempt to back out. Recommended and my future WP resource moving forward. Mark C
